Insight Global's consulting client is seeking an Oracle Cloud Order Management Consultant to lead and support end-to-end implementations of Oracle Cloud OM solutions and working closely with the end clients to define system strategies, gather business requirements, and design optimized Order to Cash processes. Their day-to-day involves configuring key OM functionalities such as customer setup, order orchestration, fulfillment, pricing, ATP, and shipping, while also collaborating across modules like Accounts Receivable and Inventory when needed. They will conduct fit-gap analyses, facilitate conference room pilots, oversee testing phases, and deliver user training to ensure successful adoption. This role will require traveling to client sites in Manhattan Beach, CA and Winston-Salem, NC to provide hands-on support/ ensure project success.

- Demonstrated experience as a senior resource assisting in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, build, testing, client user training.
- Ability to travel 50% on average, based on client needs. (Los Angeles, CA/Winston-Salem, NC)
- 6+ years' experience implementing Oracle Cloud Order Management and Oracle Order to Cash
- Implementation experience in complex Order Management (Regular Orders, Back to Back, Drop Ship, Return Orders)
- Implementation experience in setting up complex Pricing configuration (Pricing Profile, Pricing Segment, Pricing Strategy, Discounts
- Functional implementation experience on 6+ complex, full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations
