We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist with 2-3 years of experience in Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads to join our growing team. This role requires an advanced understanding of campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis across both platforms.
Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to improve ad performance.
Optimize campaigns for conversion rate, ROI, and cost efficiency while hitting client KPIs.
Continuously monitor campaign performance, adjusting bids, creative, and targeting as needed.
Create and test ad copy, landing pages, and creative variations to maximize engagement.
Utilize Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tracking tools to analyze performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
Develop weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and strategy adjustments.
Stay up-to-date with Google Ads and Meta Ads policies, algorithm updates, and industry trends.
Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ensure ad visuals and messaging align with brand strategy.
Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize results while minimizing waste.
Requirements
2-3 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and conversion tracking.
Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, bid strategies, and performance reporting.
Familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, and third-party analytics platforms.
Experience in lead generation, e-commerce, or B2B paid media strategies is a plus.
Strong understanding of CPC, CPM, ROAS, and CAC metrics.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns across different industries.
Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications (preferred but not required).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
