This role, also known as a Pallet Repair Technician , is essential for inspecting and repairing pallets to meet our high-quality standards. Starting pay - TRAINING PAY: $18.00/hr

After training: up to $24/hr - pay depends on individual production

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Skilled Warehouse Laborer - Pallet Repair , your key responsibilities will include:

• Inspecting pallets for damage, wear, and structural issues.

• Using tools like nail guns and power saws to repair pallets.

• Replacing boards, reinforcing weak areas, and removing/replacing nails.

• Following all safety procedures and wearing proper PPE.

• Performing routine maintenance on tools and equipment.

• Collaborating with team members to meet daily production goals.

• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in manual labor or a similar field.

• Familiarity with tools such as nail guns, power saws, and/or hand tools.

• Ability to stand, bend, and lift for 8 to 10 hours.

• Willingness to work in a warehouse environment (dust, noise, changing temperatures).

• Reliable transportation and availability for overtime as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 75 to 100 lbs consistently (250–300 times/day).

• Requires prolonged periods of standing, bending, and lifting.

Work Environment:

• This role is based in a warehouse environment with exposure to dust, noise, and changing temperatures.

• All duties require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
