What We're Looking For:

• Experience as a Pastry Chef or Pastry Sous in an upscale kitchen or resort setting
• Strong skills in baking, plated desserts, showpieces and production
• A genuine love of the craft—attention to detail, artistic flair and consistency
• A team player who leads with positivity and passion
• Comfort managing pastry operations for both à la carte and banquet functions
