This firm’s IP practice is a recognized leader in high-stakes patent litigation, having tried to verdict some of the largest and most complex IP cases in the United States. Highlights:

Responsibilities: · Litigate patent, trade secret, and trademark disputes in a variety of industries, including biology, chemistry, physical sciences, engineering, and related fields Required Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of patent litigation experience
• Large law firm experience and top academic credentials
• Technical degree preferred

Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid flexibility) Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $310,000 - $390,000.
