Patient Experience Director

 

Our client, a leading healthcare organization, is hiring a Patient Experience Director. In the fast-paced healthcare environment, delivering exceptional patient experience is crucial to building trust, fostering healing, and driving loyalty. The Patient Experience Manager plays a vital role in ensuring that patients and caregivers feel supported, heard, and empowered throughout their journey with us. This leadership position is responsible for assessing and addressing concerns, developing best practices, and promoting a culture of compassion and respect.

 

Job Responsibilities:   

· Drive changes needed for quality improvement

· Conduct qualitative assessments to maintain a continuous understanding of patient and caregiver experiences

· Collaborate with management and frontline staff to foster an environment conducive to healing

· Oversee patient rights initiatives and ensure compliance with legal mandates

· Develop and implement data-driven strategies to identify issues and facilitate timely resolutions

· Partner with external accrediting bodies and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance

· Support departmental operations and personnel management as needed

· Analyze and interpret data related to patient experience, employee engagement, and complaint/grievance management

 

Requirements

· Proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams

· Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Science, Business, or Communication from an accredited institution

· Experience in project coordination, facilitation, and leadership

· Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data

· Exceptional interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills

· Ability to work onsite 5 days per week onsite

· Prior management experience Background in patient representation, consumer relations, and teaching

· Demonstrated ability to navigate adversarial situations with diplomacy and professionalism Strong follow-through and public speaking capabilities

 

Job Requirements:  

· Master's degree preferred

· 5+ years of work-related experience in health care administration

· Experience in an medical setting is preferred

Salary: $130,000 - $140,000. This salary range is not a guarantee. The actual salary will be based on qualifications, experience, and education and could fall outside of this range. Contact us for more information.
