Payroll & Benefits Analyst

Temp to Hire | $80,000–$90,000

 

We are hiring a Payroll & Benefits Analyst to manage payroll and benefits from start to finish. This role handles payroll processing, tax reporting, benefits administration, and employee support while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

 

What You’ll Do

• Process payroll accurately and on time for 300+ EE, including taxes, deductions, and garnishments
• Maintain payroll records, reconciliations, and general ledger reporting
• Prepare and file payroll tax reports and required filings
• Answer employee questions related to pay, timekeeping, and tax forms
• Administer benefits including medical, 401(k), enrollments, changes, and terminations
• Support annual benefits renewal and open enrollment
• Reconcile benefit invoices and payroll-related accounts
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws
• Support audits and year-end reporting
• Maintain employee data and payroll systems

 

What We’re Looking For

• 5–7 years of payroll and benefits experience
• Strong knowledge of payroll taxes, compliance, and reconciliations
• Experience with ADP Workforce (NetSuite a plus)
• Solid Excel skills (vlookup/pivot functions)
• Detail-oriented with high confidentiality and professionalism
• Strong communication and customer service skills

 

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or HR
• CPP certification is highly preferred
