Salary:

Pedes Orange County's Marketing Department specializes in providing strategic healthcare marketing. We are seeking an experienced business development representative in the Orange County area.

A physician liaison is responsible for building relationships between referring physicians and the specialist the physician liaison represents.

As a physician liaison, your job is to bridge the gap of communication between providers by developing a strategic referral marketing plan. Physician Liaisons are responsible for streamlining the patient referral process, track and measure marketing data and reports, and increase overall revenue for the practice.

• Visit local referring physicians and medical practices with the goal to build lucrative referral relationships.
  Works with medical practice and healthcare system physicians to create effective physician referral marketing plans.
  Meet with local physicians, staff members, and referring practice medical staff members to build referral relationships
  Reports weekly to managing executives about the progress and growth strategies of the marketing
  Schedules physician relations meetings between providers and healthcare professionals
  Distributes the medical practice marketing collateral and patient referral materials
  Represents medical practice and physicians at local healthcare and networking events
  Develops physician relations marketing reports including tracking visits and measuring the ROI
  Educates referring medical practices on the capabilities of the practice, how they can streamline the referral process, and provide top-quality care for their patients.

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of business development experience required
• Minimum of 1 year outside sales experience preferred but not required
• Minimum of 1 year experience in the Healthcare industry preferred but not required

Basic Qualifications:

4 year degree preferred
Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrated analytical skills
Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills
Ability to effectively engage physicians in dialogue
Excellent interpersonal communication skills

Experience in the Medical Industry
