Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive Compensation: Up to $350,000 Guaranteed Base Salary plus Bonus
• Sign-On Bonus: $25,000
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000

Qualifications

• Degree : MD/DO
• Certifications : Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine
