This position serves as the leader of marketing for a defined business or set of businesses.

The incumbent is responsible for defining / understanding the target client, building a profitable plan to deliver messages, content, media and experiences to that target to bring them into the Compeer / Agri-Access family of brands.

Includes capturing emails / leads and working with sales to drive those leads through the funnel to close.

Is accountable for a significant investment in budget to ensure delivering leads that will be profitable for the business.

Partners closely with multiple internal teams including strategy, research, data, customer experience.

communications, sales and sales enablement along with multiple external agencies in order to deliver and manage against an integrated annual marketing plan.

Navigates through internal and external sources of data to develop and execute a targeted marketing plan with a test and learn approach to the organization's investment.

Stays connected with product marketing best practices, including evolving capabilities and continually works with key stakeholders to recommend marketing practices that move the business forward.
