Now Hiring: Process Engineer – Food Manufacturing

Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire

Salary: $105k–$120k

We’re seeking a hands-on Process Engineer to lead equipment installation and process improvements at two growing food production facilities. In this role, you’ll be at the center of projects that transform raw corn into high-quality flour for tortillas and chips—playing a critical part in bringing new production lines online.

What You’ll Do

• Lead installation of new processing equipment and supporting utilities
• Partner with plant teams, OEMs, and contractors to scope projects and manage execution
• Optimize mechanical, electrical, and utility systems to support production
• Track timelines, budgets, and project milestones while ensuring smooth startups
• Act as a bridge between technical detail and big-picture process performance

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in process engineering or project management within food, beverage, or manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems and utilities
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively
• A balance of technical expertise and practical project leadership
