Basic Qualifications
- 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
- 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD
- Experience in Product/GTM commercial platforms or payments.
- You have experience setting up initial offerings and use cases with pilot partners.
- You excel at managing and coordinating complex cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical resources.
- As a strong results-oriented leader, you have an analytical and fact-based consultative approach.
- Your ability to add value through insightful questioning, offering new ideas, and delivering solutions is unmatched.
- You are team-oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible, with excellent presentation skills.
- You can work independently and in a matrixed environment, including projects with clients.
- You possess extensive experience in product development, strategy, and management within the payments or financial services industry.
- You have a proven track record of executing successful go-to-market strategies.
- You have demonstrated product leadership experience with complex deals.
- Familiarity with Visa products and ecosystem is a plus.
- An MBA or advanced degree in a related field would further enhance your qualifications.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 178,400 to 258,750 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
