Job Title: Project Architect

About the Position:

Hyperion Architects is currently seeking a Project Architect with a professional degree in architecture and 3–5 years of related experience . This position is ideal for a fully competent architect skilled in the conventional aspects of architectural design and documentation. The successful candidate will work independently on a variety of assignments for projects of moderate size and complexity, contributing to all phases of project development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a range of architectural assignments requiring independent judgment and expertise in design, planning, and documentation.
• Develop design layouts, analyses, and occupancy studies for projects.
• Prepare comprehensive project specifications by compiling and analyzing relevant data.
• Write technical reports, design narratives, and specifications.
• Review and verify the accuracy of completed reports, plans, estimates, and calculations.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal team members to support project goals.
• Contribute to the continuous refinement of office design standards and processes.

Qualifications:

• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
• 3–5 years of relevant, professional architectural experience.
• Proven competence in all conventional aspects of architecture, including design development, detailing, and construction documentation.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Enscape
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
• Experience with project specifications and technical writing.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Architectural licensure or active pursuit of licensure.
• Experience with consultant coordination and client interaction.
• Familiarity with current building codes, construction practices, and sustainability standards.
