Project Manager

Location : El Segundo- Hybrid

Compensation: $50 to $60 per hour DOE

Contract Role: 5 Months

Position Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to join our Value Delivery Office (VDO/PMO). This role is responsible for leading cross-functional business initiatives, developing business cases, and ensuring successful project execution aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in project management, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to drive measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management (80%)

• Lead and manage full project lifecycle from initiation to completion
• Develop detailed project plans, define scope, set objectives, and allocate resources
• Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders and project teams
• Lead cross-functional teams, delegate tasks, and resolve conflicts
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
• Monitor progress using project management tools and report on milestones and budgets
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations
• Manage change and drive continuous improvement based on feedback and outcomes

Strategic Contribution (20%)

• Support the evolution of the Business Transformation and Value Delivery Offices through process enhancements
• Engage with best practice forums and internal stakeholder collaboration

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree (BS/BA)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Teams and Planner
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and drive accountability

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP certification and/or Certified Scrum Master
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Background in managing complex software and technology projects
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP), Salesforce, and cloud-based SaaS platforms
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project or ServiceNow
• Business Analyst experience
• Knowledge of process improvement, accounting/finance principles, and operations
• Experience in healthcare, medical device, or related industries
• Experience working in global organizations
