Join our dynamic team as a Python Backend Developer focused on creating innovative backend services for GenAI-powered applications and blockchain platforms. This is a fully remote role, perfect for talented individuals looking to make an impact. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Python microservices using FastAPI and asyncio, ensuring seamless integration with LLM APIs such as OpenAI and Anthropic.
• Develop robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and manage embeddings using vector databases like Pinecone and Chroma.
• Orchestrate sophisticated AI workflows, including prompt routing, fallback logic, tool integration, and effective memory handling.
• Work with MongoDB to process both structured and unstructured data, deploying applications in Docker containers.
• Collaborate efficiently with frontend developers, DevOps, and data teams to expose internal APIs that enhance AI functionality.
• Support the development of blockchain data pipelines and smart contract integrations.

• 34+ years of experience in Python backend development and at least 12 years working with LLMs or GenAI technologies.
• Expertise in FastAPI, asyncio, LangChain, Pydantic, and embedding tools.
• Proficient in using Docker, Git, vector databases, and cloud services (preferably Azure).
• Strong understanding of token limits, prompt formatting, and API integration methodologies.
• Fluent in English (B2+) with excellent collaboration skills.
