About the Role

As our Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier childcare professionals. From crafting engaging job ads and attending career fairs, to screening candidates and managing new hire training, you’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle. This job requires an in office presence.

You’ll be joining a passionate, mission-driven team that thrives on making a difference for families and caregivers alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse, qualified candidates.
  • Post and manage job ads across multiple platforms.
  • Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and make hiring decisions based on the team’s dynamic needs.
  • Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation.
  • Collaborate with the sales and staffing departments to understand current and future hiring needs, and develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Track key recruitment KPIs and provide regular updates to leadership on recruitment progress.
  • Build partnerships with colleges, training programs, and community organizations to support talent acquisition efforts.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience in high-volume, end-to-end recruitment, ideally in childcare or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and other team members.
  • Ability to manage multiple candidates in various stages of the hiring process and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report on key recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire, quality of hire, etc.).
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on both candidate experience and hiring efficiency.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
