RELEASE MANAGER

Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Release Manager for a contract position in Redmond, WA. The opportunity will be seven months with a strong chance for a long-term extension. Position Summary: Interface with clients on technical and project matters from initiation through delivery. Provide program/project schedules and status reports. Create functional specifications, requirements, and scope to guide decisions on product, service, or project implementation. Provide technical and analytical information to Product Managers as needed. Organize cross-functional activities to ensure program completion on schedule and within budget constraints. May manage or oversee projects. Qualifications: Years of Experience Required: 4 years of experience in the field. Degrees or Certifications Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required. Best vs. Average: An ideal candidate would have an engineering background, experience in Windows and release functions, and experience in localization, compliance, OEM, or launch management. Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on quality of work, continuous growth, and feedback. Minimum 4 years of experience with collaboration. Minimum 4 years of experience with negotiating. Minimum 4 years of experience with driving positive outcomes.
