\n\nShift: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
\n\nRate: 75k-90k/ annually based on experience
\n\nTakes on-call rotation!
\n\n What You’ll Do \n\nAs the RN ADON, you will play a vital leadership role by:
\n\nSupporting the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily clinical operations and ensuring the highest standards of care.
\n\tLeading, mentoring, and developing a team of dedicated nurses and CNAs.
\n\tPartnering with leadership to implement innovative practices that improve resident outcomes and enhance quality of life.
\n\tDriving compliance with regulatory standards while fostering a culture of compassion, respect, and clinical excellence.
\n\tServing as a role model and resource for your team, building trust and empowering others to succeed.
\n\tA current and valid Texas RN license (or Compact Party State RN license).
\n\tAt least 2 years of long-term care or skilled nursing leadership experience.
\n\tStrong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a passion for mentoring others.
