Quality Roofing, Inc. is a continuously growing Roofing and General Contracting company committed to delivering high-quality workmanship and customer service. We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Roofing Project Manager to join our team and contribute to the continued success of our business operations.

Position Summary:
The Roofing Project Manager oversees the full lifecycle of residential, commercial, and multi-housing construction projects. Responsibilities include planning, execution, and project completion—ensuring alignment with company goals, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and manage multiple construction projects and field teams.

· Define project objectives, policies, and performance standards.

· Serve as a point of contact with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers from project initiation to completion.

· Monitor progress to ensure timely, budget-conscious delivery with high-quality results.

· Manage budgets, track resource allocation, and approve project-related purchases and timesheets.

· Maintain effective communication using AccuLynx software and other tools.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and contract specifications.

· Attend project and strategy meetings representing the company professionally.

· Perform risk assessments and report findings to Safety Director and management.

· Collaborate with internal departments, including Production Coordination and Accounting.

· Assist with business development initiatives and contribute to Quality Roofing, Inc.'s mission and values.

Qualifications:

· Valid driver’s license (must operate company vehicles as needed).

· Proven experience in project management, ideally within roofing or general contracting.

· Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

· Proficient in construction management software (AccuLynx preferred).

· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

· Self-motivated and capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Bilingual in English and Spanish.

· Experience in the construction or contracting industry.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

· This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday-Friday 7:00am to 5:30pm with some flexibility regarding hours. Would need to work overtime and weekends when required.

Work Environment:

· This position is primarily performed in outside weather conditions including extreme heat. Physical demands are required to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.

Travel:

· Travel is primarily local during the business day, however some out of the area and overnight travel may be required.
