Job Title: Roofing Crew Boss / Install Manager (Full-Time)
Location: Pinellas Park, FL (Serving Tampa Bay Area)
Compensation: Based on Experience + Weekly Pay + Bonuses
Job Type: Full-Time

Positions Available:

We are hiring for the following roles:

• Roofing Crew Boss

• Roofing Installer (Shingle, Tile, Flat, Metal)

• Install Manager

What We Expect:

All roles must follow SB Pro Roofing’s job site expectations, including:

• Clean job sites – no nails, trash, or property damage

• Daily job documentation using Company Cam app (photos with address & permit number)

• Upload wood count, clips, and job completion photos after each job

• Consistent crew on each project

• English-speaking supervision required on-site

• SB Pro Roofing shirts only – no outside company branding

• No job starts before 7:30 AM

• Clear communication with Install Manager and office team

• 100% customer satisfaction – we grow through great reviews

Role-Specific Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a consistent crew

• Ensure safety, quality, and job deadlines are met

• Maintain communication with Install Manager and office staff

• Perform roofing installations per job specifications

• Follow supervisor direction and company guidelines

• Keep work areas clean and safe

• Schedule jobs and manage crew assignments

• Coordinate material delivery and job site readiness

• Inspect jobs for quality and maintain job documentation

Requirements:

• Roofing experience required (varies by position)

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Comfortable using smartphone apps (e.g., Company Cam)

• Strong attention to detail and accountability

• Professional and respectful demeanor
