The Senior Estimator is responsible for the overall pricing and bidding of projects within the sealants and restoration region and leading a team of estimators within the region. This person is responsible for project leads, budgeting, estimates in and outside of Wells and reports directly to the Regional Director of Sealants. Salary range ($90,000-$140,000). Understand and accepts changes that are implemented to become Best-in-Class. High School Diploma or GED Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for typing, filing, and using office equipment. Visual acuity and ability to read small print. Hearing acuity and ability to communicate effectively with others. Ability to lift and move office supplies and equipment. Mobility and ability to move around the office as needed. Possession of a valid driver's license, and the ability to operate a motor vehicle. Minimal risk of exposure to unusual elements. Minimal risk of safety precautions. General Office Environment Intermittent field / jobsite visits will require safety precautions, which may coincide with exposure to harsh weather.
