About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Managing Director for its Forensics practice. The successful candidate will play a key role in the development and execution of the overall forensic team strategy, with a focus on meeting financial performance targets, supporting client satisfaction, and fostering employee engagement. This leadership position involves business development, strategic planning, and the management of a team to ensure the practice's success. The Senior Managing Director will be responsible for leading the execution of the annual budget, developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing programs, and maintaining high-quality deliverables. They will also be involved in identifying growth opportunities, assessing market conditions, and ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a technical, science, or engineering field, or an advanced degree in a relevant area, with a minimum of 15 years' industry experience. A proven track record of generating significant revenue, business development, and staff management is essential. The role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and manage crises effectively. The Senior Managing Director will be expected to travel and work remotely, and should be adept at handling multiple priorities and performing under high-stress conditions. The position demands a leader with strong emotional intelligence, the ability to work with diverse individuals, and a commitment to the company's core values.
