Job Description Under broad direction, sets strategic and tactical direction for a large country or area, or for a global/ regional Reservoir Solutions Center (RSC) or Center of Excellence (COE) regarding policy/ procedures, work force staffing, and budgeting of assigned personnel within geoscience and engineering disciplines in the Formation & Reservoir Solutions function. Managerial responsibilities also include establishing and maintaining the technical standards within the discipline and the development of competence of employees falling within incumbent's given area or country or RSC/COE. Employees in this position participate in decisions regarding the acquisition and execution of contracts. May supervise several subordinate supervisors or team leaders, and are required to substitute for the Region Manager, FRS as and when required. Coordinate across PSLs and with other consulting entities within Halliburton. Requirements Skills are typically acquired through completion of a B.S. or M.S. in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics. A minimum of 10 years of previous experience to include a minimum of 2 years of prior managerial experience. Certification as a Licensed/Chartered Professional Engineer is preferred.
