Position Summary We're looking for a hands-on, entry-level technician to join our plumbing team and specialize in drain cleaning and maintenance. This is a great opportunity for someone who's mechanically inclined and ready to learn the plumbing trade from the ground up. You'll receive training and support as you gain experience with drain equipment, customer service, and basic plumbing systems. What You'll Be Doing Respond to residential and commercial service calls for drain cleaning and clogs Operate various drain cleaning machines (hand augers, power snakes, jetters, etc.) Assist licensed plumbers as needed on larger jobs or emergency calls Communicate with dispatch and customers clearly and professionally Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, equipment, and tools Complete paperwork and digital job documentation accurately Follow all safety procedures and company policies What We're Looking For A strong work ethic and willingness to learn Mechanical aptitude or prior experience with hand/power tools Good communication and customer service skills A team player attitude, willing to jump in and help where needed Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in tight spaces or on ladders Willingness to work occasional evenings/weekends or be on-call Bonus if You Have (but not required) Previous drain cleaning or plumbing experience Construction, mechanical, or maintenance background Knowledge of camera inspection equipment or jetting machines Why Join Us Career growth in the plumbing trade On-the-job training and mentorship Competitive hourly pay and benefits A team that values your effort, growth, and input Company events, recognition programs, and a people-first culture
