Shipping & Receiving Warehouse Associate/ Parts Delivery Driver

Job Duties:

• Fulfill customer orders ensuring accurate and timely shipment of parts and supplies through UPS, Fed Ex, Common Carrier, or other vendors
• Receive and allocate parts and supplies to fulfill customer orders or replenish stock
• Process cores and core returns
• Locate parts in their correct bins
• Pull parts for pick tickets and invoice orders
• Maintain a clean and safe parts/ warehouse environment
• Work with Accounts Payable to resolve any receipt/ invoice questions
• Record and ship warranty parts
• Process excess and obsolete parts returns
• Cycle counting
• Prepare orders and get parts ready for delivery
• Deliver parts to customers
• Load and unload parts inventory shipments
• Complete vehicle safety checks before each delivery
• Provide invoices to customers and collect payment
• Observe and report customer information, including customer buying habits and competitive intrusion
• Work with the Parts Manager on account management, including distribution of invoices, cash handling and the processing of returns
• Responsible for maintenance, cleanliness, appearance and the safe operation of company-owned delivery vehicles
• Verify the contents of inventory loads against shipping information
• Answer all customer questions both in person and over the phone in a courteous manner
• Other reasonably related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• 2+ years' experience as a Shipping & Receiving Associate, Parts Delivery Driver or a similar position
