Job Title: Shuttle Driver – Seasonal

Location: Beaver Creek, CO
Compensation: $20.00/hour minimum earnings (base $17.50/hour + tips; many drivers earn $30+/hour)
Schedule: Flexible – Days, Nights, Weekends, Weekdays – Choose Your Own Schedule

Job Responsibilities

  • Safely transport guests between airports and resorts on scheduled routes

  • Provide excellent customer service, assisting with luggage and ensuring a comfortable ride

  • Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, refueling, and cleaning

  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required

  • Respond to dispatch or management requests for additional pickups/drop-offs

  • Represent Epic Mountain Express and Vail Resorts with professionalism and courtesy

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • No CDL required – paid training provided (60 hours classroom and on-road)

  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company safety standards

  • Pass a satisfactory background check and U.S. Department of Transportation physical exam

  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs

  • Age 21 or older by start date

  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay: $17.50/hour base + tips, guaranteed $20/hour minimum earnings; many drivers earn $30+/hour

Seasonal Work Details

  • Hiring is ongoing until positions are filled or by December 15 (whichever comes first)
