Base pay range $50.00 / hr - $55.00 / hr Job Description Manages the marketing activities and programs for the organization. Develops and implements marketing plans to serve the business objectives. Stays abreast of changes in the marketing environment and coordinates market research projects. Selects and manages ongoing relationships with different marketing vendors. May oversee advertising, events, and public relations. Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. Acts as a first-level manager, ensuring that project and department milestones / goals are met and budgets are adhered to. Has full authority for personnel actions and possesses extensive knowledge of department processes. Skills Deep understanding of social media platforms, content management, community engagement, and performance metrics. Excellent program management skills. Ability to build relationships, work cross-functionally, communicate effectively, and influence in a large organization. Experience leading strategic social media campaigns and integrated marketing programs. Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making. Knowledge of social search landscape and consumer behavior across platforms like TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, and Reddit. Experience or familiarity with the small business landscape is preferred.
