Job Description

Overview As a Staffing Consultant, you will find, interview, and qualify job seekers for temporary/contract roles with companies in your local market. This is a full-cycle recruiting role. From sourcing to placement, you will run the entire recruiting process, engaging with job seekers by phone, email, or in person. You will coach candidates through every step of the job search process, from resume editing and interview tips to post-interview breakdown and accepting a new position. You will also participate in team discussions, post advertisements for open roles, and learn to use online sourcing tools and resources. This is a relationship-focused sales position; the harder you work, the more results you will see. You will be accountable to your goals and building your book of business.
