Overview Staffing Consultant-Agency Recruiter role at Beacon Hill. This range is provided by Beacon Hill. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Base pay range $45,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr Responsibilities As a Staffing Consultant, you will find, interview, and qualify job seekers for temporary/contract roles with companies and organizations in your local market. This is a full-cycle recruiting role from sourcing to placement. Engage in conversations with job seekers via phone, email, or in-person. Build strong relationships by coaching them through resume editing tips, interview pointers, and post-interview breakdowns, and assist as they accept a new position. Collaborate with your team to discuss open positions, post advertisements for open jobs, and learn to utilize online sourcing tools and resources. Identify prospective candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, internet searches, referrals, and professional networking; interview prospective candidates; prepare candidates for client interviews; deliver offers and manage the offer process; support candidates on assignment. Proactively conduct cold calls to identify prospective candidates and build a strong candidate pipeline. Qualifications Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; you will spend the day communicating with others. A love for working with people and a high level of self-motivation; comfortable making a high volume of outreach. Leadership, competitive drive, and the ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment about businesses and people to meet client needs.
