Responsibilities

Conduct analytics, generate insights, and present findings on sales performance
Collaborate with Regional Sales Development teams to analyze key sales performance metrics
Provide regular reports and presentations to Sales Development leadership and stakeholders
Enhance and scale the Sales Development Annual Planning and Target Management process
Develop and maintain sales dashboards for data-driven decision-making

Qualifications

Minimum of 6+ years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, or a similar role
Excellent knowledge of sales metrics, target setting processes, and sales dashboard creation
Proven experience in data analysis and statistical modeling using tools such as Excel and SQL
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience at a growth stage Internet/software company
Experience in the payments industry
Background in consulting
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
