Responsibilities:
Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding on structural steel and components
Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings
Operate welding tools, grinders, and other fabrication equipment
Conduct quality checks to ensure welds meet industry and project standards
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
Work independently or as part of a team on fabrication and field projects
Requirements:
2+ years of structural welding experience (industrial or commercial preferred)
Proficient in MIG, TIG, and stick welding processes
Ability to pass weld tests (e.g., 3G/4G, AWS D1.1 standards)
Experience with flame cutting, layout, and basic fabrication tools
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor or confined spaces
Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred but not requires (or willingness to obtain)
