The Sushi Prep Cook is responsible for preparing fresh sushi ingredients, including slicing fish and cutting vegetables, as well as assisting in making sushi rolls and other menu items. This role requires maintaining kitchen cleanliness and following food safety guidelines in a fast-paced environment while ensuring excellent food presentation and customer satisfaction.
