JOB SUMMARY:

Urban Legend’s Team Executive Assistant will provide critical administrative support to our senior leadership team. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, proactive, and excited to help build an innovative media company from the ground up. The Executive Assistant will help keep our leadership team running efficiently by managing calendars, travel, communications, and administrative tasks — and will also pitch in across the company on high-priority projects.

Urban Legend is pioneering cause-driven influencer campaigns and is seeking a high-performing and detail-oriented assistant to help us scale efficiently and effectively. This role offers clear growth opportunities and is a great way to gain experience across departments, functions, and leadership styles in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a comparable support role. They must be a strong communicator, exceptionally organized, and eager to contribute to a mission-driven team.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Provide daily administrative support to the leadership team, including scheduling meetings and coordinating internal and external communications
  • Manage complex calendars across time zones and teams
  • Plan and coordinate travel, accommodations, and logistics
  • Support office operations, vendor coordination, and internal documentation
  • Conduct research, take notes, and prepare materials for meetings
  • Jump into high-priority administrative projects that support various teams across the company

KEY SKILLS:

  • 1+ year of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar support role
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Comfort navigating multiple calendars, tools, and priorities at once
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace; familiarity with Slack and CRM tools
