We are looking for a dedicated Technical Recruiter to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Sugar Land, Texas. This role focuses on recruiting for engineering positions, including application proposal engineers, within a company known for its water and wastewater treatment solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach to recruitment and excel in managing the full cycle of the hiring process.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
• Identify and attract top talent for engineering roles, including application proposal engineers.
• Utilize various sourcing methods to build a strong pipeline of candidates with relevant experience.
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate suitability and alignment with the role.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment strategies.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate and efficient documentation.
• Provide regular status updates and check-ins on recruitment progress.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to meet hiring goals.• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, particularly for engineering roles.
• Strong background in corporate recruiting and talent acquisition.
• Expertise in sourcing candidates using various tools and techniques.
• Skilled in conducting interviews and evaluating candidate qualifications.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive approach to recruitment and communication with stakeholders.
• Preferred background in engineering or technical industries.
