Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in industrial components, is seeking a TIG Welder to join their dedicated team. As a TIG Welder, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting the assembly and fabrication of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: TIG Welder

Location: Luck, WI

Pay: $19 per hour

Shift: First shift M-F 6am - 2:30pm

What's the Job?

• Perform TIG welding on polyurethane components and mesh materials with precision and consistency
• Handle wires and mesh, ensuring proper alignment and secure welds
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs as needed to support production processes
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency
• Follow safety protocols and quality standards to deliver high-quality finished products

What's Needed?

• Prior relevant TIG welding experience, especially with polyurethane and mesh materials
• Ability to lift 50 lbs without issue
• Knowledge of handling wires and mesh components
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
