🕒 Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with occasional after-hours work)
Hourly Rate: $22/hour-$25/hour

💡 What You’ll Do:
✅ Install and repair network hardware, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
✅ Set up and test Category 3, 5, and 5E premise wiring, adhering to industry standards.
✅ Climb towers (up to 300 feet! 🧗♂️) to install and maintain equipment.
✅ Work directly with NOC engineers to troubleshoot and activate services.
✅ Participate in rotating on-call shifts to provide 24/7 support.
🔧 What You’ll Bring:
✨ ComTrain (or equivalent) tower climbing certification—or a willingness to earn it with us!
✨ Strong skills with tools like power meters, cable toners, and laptops.
✨ A clean driving record and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs consistently.
✨ A sharp eye for detail and the ability to work in confined or elevated spaces.
📚 Requirements:
🎓 High School Diploma or GED.
📅 1-2 years of experience in the data/communications industry.
