We are hiring a professional UNARMED security officer for a multifamily (apartment) site in Houston, TX 77089. To perform vehicle. 5 days per week, Sunday through Thursday. From 10pm-4am. You must have a reliable vehicle and, smart phone to work this post. The position pays $14.00 per hour, and plus $1.00 per hour, using your own vehicle. You must have a working vehicle in good condition to work at this post.

Responsibilities:
- Perform access controls at gates.
- Active foot patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a presence.
- Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people on the property.
- Secure all exits, doors, and windows after the end of operations.
- Provide assistance to people in need.
- Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences.
- Displaying security guard core values.
Requirements:
- Level II Uncommssioned Texas Security Certification isrequiredor registered as a Security Guard in Texas DPS
- Previous experience in Security highly preferred
- Strong customer service
- Tech-savvy with experience in electronic report writing.
- Excellent surveillance and observation skills
- Must have a working smart phone.
