Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Web Developer with a broad skill set to enhance and maintain the core Digital Factory website and contribute to web application development used by businesses and brands to influence consumer interactions with mobile apps. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. This is a 6-9 month internship with potential for extension and/or salary based on performance, job requirements, and candidate availability.

Responsibilities

1. Design the overall web architecture for Digital Factory.
2. Develop testing frameworks and validate designs.
3. Plan, develop, and maintain UI/UX code customizations across environments.
4. Collaborate with Marketing and Analysts to keep websites up-to-date.
5. Manage and train a team of web developers.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in object-oriented design, data structures, and problem solving.
• 2+ years of experience in people management.
• Proficiency with Python, Flask, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Git, and Ruby.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects.
• Motivational skills and attention to detail.

Education and Experience

• 2+ years of GIS experience.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Relevant work experience or education.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in object-oriented design and problem solving.
• 2+ years in people management.
