Pay $26.21 - $30.58 / hour, depending on experience and qualifications Schedule 1st Shift, Monday: 2:30PM - 6:30PM, Tuesday: 1:00PM - 6:00PM, Wednesday: 6:00AM - 11AM, Thursday: 11:00AM - 4:00PM, and Fridays flexible as needed On-site Location 10260 McKee Road, Collegedale TN 37315 Job Summary McKee Foods Corporation is seeking a Part-Time Fitness Coach , who will work in the Corporate Health and Wellness. This position will primarily develop and execute personal training plans for the participant of McKee FIT Lifestyle, a wellness coaching program for employees. This is an exciting opportunity to promote fitness and wellness in a corporate setting and provide a comprehensive overview of the several mechanisms involved in managing a corporate wellness department. Create personalized exercise plan for the McKee FIT Lifestyle program participants Assist in office administration as needed Promote marketing and communications plans for Corporate Health and Wellness Department Assist in the development and delivery of wellness "lunch and learns" Support the Corporate Fitness Coordinator and additional McKee FIT programs as needed Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Exercise Science/Physiology, Psychology, or Athletic Training) Minimum of 1 year experience in personal training, group fitness instruction or other fitness-related role High level of interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with a variety of diverse populations and demographics Competence with Microsoft Office Suite (with high level expertise in Excel) Detail-oriented and efficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling and planning Preferred Qualifications 1-3 years' experience in a related wellness/ fitness role Experience in metabolic health and physical fitness roles Health/Wellness Coach certification Experience teaching formats such as Pilates, Barre, Zumba, water aerobics, mobility and functional fitness style classes Certification(s) from one or more of the following: Group Fitness (AFFA or ACE), ACSM, NASM, CSCS or ACE, with current AED/First Aid and Adult CPR Certifications Excellent active listening and communication skills Experience providing nutrition and dietary recommendations Goal-oriented, empathetic and engaging personality Strong team player and ability to work independently Benefits Competitive weekly pay Profit-sharing cash bonus program 401(k) with matching contributions Paid Time Off (for vacation, holidays, sick time, personal time, etc.) Medical insurance, including health, dental, vision and prescription drug plan Supplemental plans, including life insurance Health Center and Pharmacy Credit Union Exercise and recreation facility Wellness programs with incentives Employee Assistance Program (EAP) We are an Equal Opportunity Employer McKee Foods
