Job Description

Our client, a dynamic construction company, is seeking a Construction Laborer to join their team. As a Construction Laborer, you will be part of the building team on a home build project. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to safety which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Construction Laborer

Location: Marquette

Pay Range: $25 to $27 per Hour, Depending on Experience

Shift:  Ability to work 40+ hours per week, starting at 7 AM daily. This is a temporary position that will last about a month.

What's the Job?

• Looking for a laborer, painter, or up to a finish carpenter.
• Assist in building a home, including light carpentry and material handling.
• Perform sanding, trash cleanup, and preparation for painting tasks.
• Support tile setting if you have relevant experience.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

What's Needed?

• Ability to work 40+ hours per week, starting at 7 AM daily.
• Experience in construction or related fields is preferred.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed.
• Clean background check required.
