We're hiring a Creative Director / Videographer to take full ownership of our visual brand and video content strategy. This person will be equal parts visionary and executorsomeone who can conceptualize campaigns and bring them to life through high-quality video production, editing, and direction. Youll work closely with our marketing, sales, and leadership teams to create content that engages, informs, and inspireswhether it's short-form content for social, branded series, testimonials, or internal campaigns. Who You Are A creative leader with a strong portfolio of branded video content Highly proficient with cameras, lighting, audio, and editing software (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut, or similar) Experienced in short-form, long-form, social, and branded content production Strong visual storyteller with a deep understanding of pacing, tone, and composition Comfortable managing projects from concept to delivery with minimal oversight Thrives in a fast-moving, great environment Passionate about producing content that makes people feel something Bonus: experience in motion graphics, photography, or creative writing Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities Lead Sales Team Content Creation: Plan and execute regular content days with our sales staffincluding filming, coaching on-camera presence, and scheduling content for maximum reach. **Creative Oversight & Post-Production: ** Manage the editing pipeline from raw footage to final polished deliverables, ensuring brand consistency and high production standards. Develop and refine a scalable post-production workflow. Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing content team. Responsible for hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, andwhen necessarytransitioning team members out. Capture Brand Moments in Real Time: Be present at all key internal events and trainings to film authentic, behind-the-scenes moments that showcase our culture, expertise, and brand values. Studio Development & Management: Oversee the buildout and maintenance of an in-house content studio that supports quick-turn, high-quality production. New Hire Brand Support: Meet with new team members to help rebrand their professional imagethis includes filming announcement videos, taking headshots, and optimizing online profiles. Leadership Brand Management: Own the execution of content strategy for our leadership team. This includes: Shooting and editing content across formats and platforms Publishing and scheduling posts Coordinating email blasts to his database Supporting chatbot/messenger automation via ManyChat Helping evolve and refine his personal brand presence Qualifications: Must-Have Skills & Experience: 35+ years of experience in videography, content creation, or creative direction (agency or in-house) Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of work across branded content, social media, and event coverage Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve Solid understanding of lighting, audio, and cinematography principles Comfortable directing on-camera talent, including coaching non-professionals to perform confidently Excellent storytelling instincts, with a deep understanding of pacing, tone, and audience engagement Experience managing a content calendar and publishing across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) Ability to lead and manage a creative teamincluding hiring, training, and performance oversight Strong project management skills with the ability to take a project from concept to delivery with minimal oversight Experience building studio setups and managing production equipment Bonus Points For: Experience with graphic design or motion graphics (After Effects, Canva, etc.) Familiarity with email marketing platforms and tools like Mailchimp, ConvertKit, or Klaviyo Knowledge of chatbot/messenger tools like ManyChat Experience with personal brand management, especially for executives or influencers Passion for real estate, finance, or the mortgage industry (or willingness to immerse yourself in it) Soft Skills: Self-starter with strong creative intuition and a get-it-done mindset Exceptional communicator and collaborator Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment Takes pride in craftsmanship and sweats the details Comfortable receiving and giving feedback in a direct but respectful way Compensation: $70,000
