What this job involves -

The Facilities Manager will be the single point of contact responsible for facilities management, assisting the Regional Manager and the Corporate Real Estate team with the delivery of quality facility management services. This role will coordinate and manage tenant requirements and service delivery to ensure satisfaction.

What is your day to day?

Managing delivery of facilities services across a large retail portfolio according to established policies, procedures and contractual obligations

Leading and developing a team in support of the Senior Operations Manager. Direct management of Facility coordinator and /Facility maintenance specialist and 20+ dedicated JLL mobile technical specialists (JLL MTS team)

Overseeing vendor performance and ensuring compliance with service standards and contractual requirements

Driving continuous improvement initiatives including savings programs, benchmarking, and implementing best practices

Managing financial responsibilities including budgeting, invoice approvals, and third-party contract management

Building and maintaining strong client relationships across various stakeholder levels

Participating in account governance processes and evolving service delivery strategies with Account Director and clients

Job Qualifications

Required

6+ years of industry experience in either the corporate environment, third party service provider or as a consultant

Strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting and contract management expertise

Experience managing large, distributed teams with a collaborative leadership style

Proficiency with MS Office suite and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)

Excellent communication, presentation and client relationship management skills

Ability to travel 20-30% of the time

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

Knowledge of real estate, telecommunications, furniture, accounting and building systems

Oversight of multiple facilities with varied functions

Estimated total compensation for this position:

101,194.00 - 126,493.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
