COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Family Medicine (FM)

Up to $300,000 Salary - Experience Guided
Relocation Assistance, Starting Bonus, Retention Bonus - $40,000
156 Hours PTO + 14 Paid Holidays + 5 Days CME
We support J1 and H1b visa needs
No Cost Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance & 401k - 5% Match
Student Loan Repayment through NHSC - $75,000

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Family Medicine (FM)

4 Days Per Week of Clinic
8-14 Patients Per Day
100% outpatient and seeing all ages
Facility is under 4 years old - All modern equipment and provider friendly layout.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Family Medicine (FM)

Board Certification Preferred
NM licensure not required, Active License in any state accepted
Quick Credentialing - Average 4-6 weeks to start!
Will need to obtain NM DEA
