Description We are a prominent and growing Personal Injury Law Firm in Newport Beach and are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to join our team. The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to promote the firm's brand, attract new clients, and increase visibility in the legal market. This role will involve overseeing all marketing initiatives, from digital marketing and content creation to traditional advertising and public relations efforts.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in professional services or legal marketing, a strong understanding of the personal injury sector, and the ability to lead a team to drive business growth.
Responsibilities: Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing Planning
- Work closely with the Founder to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to grow the firm's brand and attract clients within the personal injury practice area.
- Set measurable marketing goals and KPIs that align with the firm's business objectives.
- Evaluate and adjust strategies as needed based on performance metrics and market trends.
- Brand Management
- Oversee the development and execution of branding initiatives to ensure consistency across all marketing materials, digital platforms, and communications.
- Manage the firm's public image, ensuring that messaging reflects the firm's values, mission, and legal expertise.
- Digital Marketing
- Lead online marketing campaigns including SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Drive traffic to the firm's website, ensuring that it serves as a compelling resource for potential clients.
- Utilize data analytics tools to measure campaign performance and optimize for better ROI.
- Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
- Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads through various channels such as search engine optimization, paid advertising, and referral programs.
- Track lead conversion rates and work with the legal team to optimize the client intake process.
- Manage 3rd party lead generators.
- Content Directing & Management
- Bringing creative ideas to the Founder and executing accordingly.
- Oversee the creation of engaging content that educates and informs potential clients, including blogs, videos, case studies, and client testimonials.
- Ensure content is optimized for search engines and effectively addresses the needs and concerns of the firm's target audience.
- Traditional Advertising & Community Engagement
- Coordinate with media partners and vendors to ensure effective ad placements and campaigns.
- Develop and execute community outreach initiatives and sponsorship opportunities to increase brand awareness.
- Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and in local community initiatives.
- Oversee the firm's reputation management and online reviews.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to achieve high performance and meet marketing goals.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including business development, legal staff, and management, to ensure marketing initiatives align with firm objectives.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to execute marketing campaigns.
- Budgeting, Reporting, Data Analysis
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize impact.
- Provide regular reporting to senior leadership on the performance of marketing initiatives, including detailed analysis of ROI and key metrics.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on professional services or legal industries.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content strategy.
- Experience with lead generation, brand management, and community outreach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating a marketing team.
- Proficient in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot) and CRM systems.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to meet business goals.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with personal injury law firm marketing, including client acquisition strategies and legal advertising regulations.
- Knowledge of legal compliance and ethical considerations in advertising.
- Familiarity with legal-specific marketing tools and platforms.
