Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Influencer Marketing Manager. The Influencer Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing and executing influencer marketing campaigns, identifying and establishing relationships with influencers, negotiating contracts, creating and curating content, monitoring campaign performance, and analyzing key metrics to optimize future campaigns. The role requires close collaboration with the marketing and creative teams to ensure brand consistency and achieve marketing goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Influencer Marketing and Digital Marketing
• Skills in Campaign Management and Relationship Building
• Content Creation and Content Curating skills
• Analytical skills for Monitoring and Measuring campaign performance
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Experience with social media platforms and analytics tools is a plus
