Responsibilities:
Provide clinical leadership and oversight for urgent care services across two urgent care locations
Ensure high standards of patient care, clinical quality, and patient safety in alignment with CommUnityCare's mission
Supervise and mentor a multidisciplinary team including physicians, and APPs
Monitor clinical performance metrics and patient satisfaction scores to drive improvement initiatives
Serve as a liaison between medical staff and executive leadership, advocating for both patient care and provider needs
Position Profile:
Board Certified in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine
Current BLS, ACLS, and DEA certifications
Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience
Annual patient volume: 22,000
Average daily visits: 60
Double coverage model
Shifts: 7a-7p, 8a-8pm
