Insurance Coordinator

My client is looking for an experienced insurance coordinator with a great personality and fantastic communication skills to join their team. They are a fast-growing state-of-the-art practice with a tremendous focus on customer service. My client strives to hire great people from top to bottom to ensure an efficient flow of daily operations, from the reception area to dental assisting staff.

Responsibilities

• Follow-up on un-appointed treatment claims.
• Answer calls on insurance claims.
• Handle dental insurance claims and ensure a positive working relationship with dental insurance companies.

Qualifications

• Experience with dental billing processes (Required)
• Intermediate Microsoft office proficiency, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 1 year (Required)
• Computer Skills: 1 year (Required)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to make decisions independently.
