🔧 Your Role

• Oversee all design phases, ensuring alignment with client objectives
• Lead the development of design concepts, materials, and presentations
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and internal resources
• Support client relationships and contribute to business development
• Stay informed on design trends, materials, and regulations
• Mentor junior designers and support studio leadership

📋 What You’ll Need

• 10+ years of experience, ideally focused on workplace interiors
• Interior Design degree from a CIDA-accredited program
• Registered Interior Designer status preferred
• Strong software skills: Revit, Adobe Suite, SketchUp, MS Office
• Confident presenting to clients and supporting business growth

💼 What You’ll Get

• Salary: $110,000 – $150,000+ (DOE)
