Job Description

Title: Receptionist

Location: Atlantic City, NJ, 08401

Shift: Mon & Tue (9:30-5:30); Wed & Thurs (9:30-6:00) Fri: (9:00-1:00)

Hours per week: 37.50 hours/week

Duration: 13-Weeks Contract (Highly possibility of extension)

Pay Range: $21 per hour

Required Skills:

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Proficient in using ADT and interpreting Census Reports.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.

Job Description:

• Greet visitors and patients, answer service-related inquiries, provide directions, and issue visitors passes per policy.
• Schedule patient appointments, assist with intake forms, use ADT/Census reports, and contact Nursing Units for visit authorization.
• Maintain filing systems, monitor visitor pass inventory, retrieve census sheets, report lobby incidents, and assist with clerical tasks.
