Do you have a passion for helping people see the world more clearly, while working in a fun and rewarding environment? We’re looking for a motivated Optician I to join our clients team! Some experience in Optical and preferable with Insurance knowledge. Good customer service and work ethics.
What You’ll Do:
Guide patients in selecting eyewear that meets both medical needs and style preferences
Provide outstanding customer service while meeting sales and patient care goals
Review prescriptions and collaborate with physicians on patient needs
Perform frame adjustments and repairs with attention to detail
Manage eyewear inventory to ensure a wide and attractive selection
What We’re Looking For:
1–3 years of experience
Insurance knowledge preferred
Strong organizational, multitasking, and customer service skills
A positive, coachable attitude and solid work ethic
Professional phone etiquette and a friendly, approachable demeanor
